The ICS Tech Leaders Network (formerly the ICS CIO Network) is a confidential peer forum for Ireland’s senior technology leaders. It brings together CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers and heads of technology from public and private sector organisations to work through shared challenges: talent, security, AI and transformation, and the pace of change.
Who it is for
Membership is by invitation and is built on one principle: the most senior accountable technology leader for each area of an organisation. In a smaller organisation, that is typically the CIO or head of IT. In a larger organisation, several leaders may take part, for example, a CIO, CISO, CTO and Chief AI Officer, each accountable for a distinct domain.
Members are drawn from ICS Corporate Members and other organisations with scale or impact. Individual members should hold ICS professional membership, most likely at the grade of Fellow.
How it works
Quarterly meetings combine a short expert input with open discussion. Discussions are confidential, held under the Chatham House Rule and not minuted. No sales pitches and no press.
The ICS Technology Leaders Advisory Board, made up of senior members, advises ICS on policy, profession-wide issues and the direction of the Network.
Next meeting: Thursday 26 November 2026.
